Habits are hard. They serve a very important role in our lives and have been vital to the survival of the human race. They allow us to essentially automate the remedial tasks and problems that we regularly encounter to free up cognitive capacity to solve more complex problems and challenges. Today I discuss the structure of a habit, how we incorporate change and how we plan accordingly. Let’s dive in!
